Daily Maintenance and Precautions

To ensure the proper operation of the air compressor’s automatic venting system, routine maintenance is essential. Regularly inspect the automatic drain to verify that it is not clogged, preventing water from entering the compressed‑air distribution network due to inadequate drainage. In addition, monitor the venting sounds during unloading and shutdown; if you detect air leakage from the vent valve or an inability to fully relieve pressure, promptly check the valve spool and seals, and clean or replace them as needed to maintain stable equipment performance and extend its service life.
