Cooling system:
Use dry compressed air to reverse purge the cooling fins every month to remove oil and dust-this is the source of 80% of high temperature failures. The water-cooled model needs to clean the inner wall circularly every quarter to ensure that the water temperature difference between the inlet and outlet is stable at 5- 8℃ to prevent scale from quietly engulfing the heat exchange capacity.
Oil line management:
Replace synthetic special lubricants every 2000-3000 hours or every 2-3 months. The oil level must be stable in the range of 1/2-2/3 of the oil mirror. If it is lower than this line, it is “operation with disease”. If the oil is black and emulsified, stop the machine immediately to check the source of moisture intrusion.
Condensate control:
Drain the condensate in the oil and gas separation tank every day. During operation, stop the machine and release the pressure. Slowly open the drain valve and close it as soon as the lubricating oil flows out. It is recommended to install an automatic drain valve to prevent manual omissions.
Temperature control valve monitoring:
If the exhaust temperature is continuously higher than 90 ℃, please check whether the temperature control valve is stuck immediately. It is like the “oil circuit thermostat”, once the failure, the high temperature oil will bypass the cooler straight into the host, causing irreversible damage.
Operation strategy:
During the high temperature period, the load rate is controlled within 80%, and the multi-machine rotation mode is adopted. The oil temperature and exhaust temperature are recorded daily, and abnormal fluctuations are the distress signals sent by the system.
Don’t let one negligence destroy the efficiency and profit of the entire production line. Prevention is far cheaper than maintenance; active maintenance is the real cost reduction and efficiency increase.
