Pre-Startup Safety Inspection

Standardized Startup and Operational Monitoring
When starting the equipment, first perform a jog operation to verify the motor’s direction of rotation and check for any abnormal noises. Only after confirming everything is normal should you proceed with full‑load operation. During operation, operators must closely monitor the discharge temperature, discharge pressure, and motor current. Shutdown and Routine Maintenance
During normal shutdown, first unload the load; after the equipment has run idling for several minutes and the internal pressure has been fully released, then disconnect the main power supply. In routine maintenance, regularly clean the explosion-proof mating surfaces and apply anti‑rust lubricant to maintain their explosion‑proof integrity. At the same time, replace the air filter element, oil separator element, and lubricating oil at intervals based on the equipment’s operating hours to keep the interior clean and reduce operating resistance.
Precautions for Special Environmental Conditions in Guangdong Province
The Guangdong region is characterized by consistently high temperatures and high humidity, which places more stringent demands on the operation of explosion-proof air compressors:
- High-Temperature PreventionDuring the summer, inspections of the cooling system should be intensified to prevent overheating that could accelerate the degradation of the motor and lubricating oil.
- High-humidity protectionRegularly inspect the integrity of explosion-proof sealing rings, and ensure proper moisture protection for the electrical control cabinet to prevent moisture ingress that could lead to loss of explosion-proof performance or electrical short circuits.
