- Electrical Safety Isolation:Water is a conductive medium; electrical equipment in the computer room, such as distribution cabinets and control boxes, must be installed at an elevated position or provided with effective waterproof enclosures to prevent water accumulation from causing short circuits or electric shock.
Moisture Management in Routine Maintenance
In addition to hardware design, routine operations and maintenance are equally critical for controlling water accumulation in the data center. Operators should regularly verify that automatic drain valves are functioning properly to prevent condensate backflow or overflow caused by clogged drains.
